We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK law. The 14-day period starts from the day of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of postage and packaging for the return, which is non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:
Customers have 2 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order.

Opened Items:
If you wish to return an item that has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of postage and packaging for the return, which is non-refundable.

Exempt Items:
Please note that the following items are exempt from returns:

- Swimming costumes
- Underwear
- Food products
- Flowers
- Items containing liquid (e.g., face cream, hand cream)
- Intimate items

Damaged or Repaired Items:
Any items that have been damaged by the user or have been repaired by the user or a third party cannot be returned.

Faulty Items:
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. After this period, the warranty is with the manufacturer, and you must contact the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
